Rock Hopper is a pirate that goes back and forth from Club Penguin and every time he comes he brings a new adventureous story and some free items and some items for members to buy. He is at the beach. If you are wanting to get into the captains quaters you should go the the library and go to Rock Hoppers book and you will find a key. Use that key to get into the captains qauters. There is a new and cool game in there. You can try and dig for some treasure in a pit of sand, it is really fun. You can hang out with people there and just have a party. Tell your friends about the key so they can come into the qauters too. Its a great place and Rock Hopper is a great man.
